After an incredible 50-year career in the energy and construction industries, including the last five years leading NANA Worley, Wyche Ford will be retiring from his role as President. Wyche’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in navigating the company through some of its most challenging times, including the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. His dedication and steady guidance have left a lasting mark on NANA Worley and the industry as a whole.
?
Wyche’s journey in Alaska began in the 1970s with the development of Prudhoe Bay and the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS). Over the years, he has shaped the state’s oil and gas landscape through leadership positions at ARCO, Alyeska Pipeline, ASRC Energy Services, and Fluor. His impact on large-scale projects and strategic growth will be felt for years to come. Wyche’s last day with NANA Worley will be March 7, 2024.

With Wyche’s well-earned retirement, I’m pleased to announce that Rob Knox has been appointed President of NANA Worley.
?
Rob joins us with more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector, including over 15 years at Worley. He is a proven leader who fosters high-performing, empowered teams. His experience spans major Oil and Gas projects across the UK, Europe, Australia, and the US. Most recently, Rob led the Upstream/Offshore hookup, commissioning, and brownfield portfolio for Worley’s US Gulf Coast business, along with Worley’s Joint Venture Gulf of Mexico program for BP. Before that, he successfully led Worley’s Argos HUCC Project for BP in the Gulf of Mexico.

As part of NANA North’s family of companies, NANA Worley plays a critical role in supporting Alaska’s energy industry. We are well-positioned for continued growth in the years ahead. Please join me in welcoming Rob to the team and celebrating Wyche’s remarkable career.
