Single or team registration options are available! Teams up to 6 members. Each team should designate a Team Captain who will collect all team members' mileage and report the team's mileage weekly. Single participants will report their own mileage weekly.
Registration July 29th through August 26th.

PURPLE TEAM: $225 includes 6 t-shirts.
TEAL TEAM: $300 includes 6 t-shirts AND 6 hoodie sweatshirts.
Single Registration:
$40 and includes a t-shirt

Tracking Mileage:
Walk, jog, run, swim, bike, elliptical, or total daily steps. Mileage should be totaled per participant and reported on the honor system by Team Captains in the Google Form shared on the Step Up campaign website (will be sent via email to Team Captains).
Tracking steps? 2,000 steps = 1 mile
If you are biking or logging elliptical miles, you should divide your total mileage by 3 before reporting - to be fair.
Example: you bike 90 miles in one week - divide 90 miles by 3, which equals 30 miles (plus any that you walked or ran) is what you report as your weekly mileage.
Start tracking your miles on September 1st! At the end of each week on Saturday, please submit your mileage for that week. You will need to submit the Google Form 4 times to indicate each separate week's miles.
