?? MENTAL FITNESS = PHYSICAL FITNESS ?? On Saturday, March 29, 2025, I’m taking on the Palm Beaches Spartan Sprint, but this isn’t about setting a personal record or proving how tough I am. This is about walking the talk for mental health. ???? Mental fitness and physical fitness go hand in hand—when we take care of our minds, we show up stronger in every aspect of life. And just like in life, the goal here isn’t just to finish… it’s to finish strong, have fun, and most importantly— NO INJURIES! (Because limping to a mental health event isn’t a great look! ??) But here’s where YOU come in… I’m raising funds to support NAMI Broward County, ensuring that more people have access to mental health support. Can you help me crush this goal? ?? Donate here: ?? Click Below to Give ?? Want to go big? Become an IMPACT PARTNER and show that your company is serious about mental health. Let’s prove that mental well-being isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a way of life. So… who’s in? Let’s make a difference together—one obstacle, one donation, and one step at a time! ?? #MentalHealthForAll #SpartanMindset #NAMIBroward #NoInjuriesAllImpact #SupportMentalHealth
