Have you heard about Foundation? Foundation is an open-source Kubernetes application platform that we use to build Namespace. Want to build products like Namespace? Foundation might be the first step ;-) Gerhard Lazu invited Hugo Santos to his podcast to show a bit more about how it works. Link to video in the comments.
关于我们
Namespace accelerates the development workflow of fast-moving software engineering teams. We delivery best-in-class compute and development-supporting services that lead to 2x-10x faster builds, tests, and more. Our ephemeral compute platform enables companies in the developer infrastructure space to build products that rely on offering compute for their customers, in seconds, with the confidence that it meets their security needs.

Exciting times ahead and you can be part of it! We've been quiet for some time: we have been extremely busy shipping product and working closely with our customers. And the hard work has been paying off. We have seen first-class growth, and our customers rave about us. Part of what makes Namespace special is that we deploy both hardware (yeap, hardware too!) and software – and in the last months 100% of our customers have been running on Namespace-managed infrastructure. We are looking to extend our team with: Head of Engineering: help us blend in the strategic and the day to day (and still working on our product) – and help us support our customers: interestingly when your customers are developers, support has a unique shape. Founding Account Executive: come and help us take our repeatability to the next level. Network and Infrastructure Engineer: we deploy our own hardware, and networking across various sites; come help us scale our fleet management. Product Engineer: our products are built “full stack” – user interactions, UI and UX and backend changes; come help us build features that help developer teams be better. Seeing different execution times in your cache-enabled GitHub Actions job runs? With Namespace, you can see the complete cache lineage for a job, helping you track how your cache volumes evolve in terms of creation, size, and usage across workflow runs. If understanding how caching impacts your build times is essential, try running on Namespace.

Is this a flaky run? Are these jobs getting slower over time? Namespace helps you quickly answer these with our "Last runs" widget, available per job. See at a glance when a job suddenly takes longer than usual or if that failed run is part of a pattern. And if you want to look into performance and failures over a longer period of time and across all (or filtered) jobs, jump into "Insights" for deeper analysis. Try out Namespace: monitoring & insights are built in.
