In summary, at the State of the Market event, Tampa has shown impressive resilience compared to national trends. #tampaoffice Businesses continue to seek Class-A office spaces for commute-worthy experiences. #tampamultifamily rents have surged by 50% since the pandemic, yet homeownership is increasingly unattainable for many. #tamparetail Retail space availability remains very limited, pushing companies to get creative with expansion plans. #tampaindustrial Tampa’s industrial market remains robust despite some shifts in demand. The vacancy rate ticked up to 5.6% but remains well within healthy levels. Asking rents have held steady at $10.85 per square foot, showing stability. With nearly 5.1 million square feet of industrial space under construction, developers are responding to continued interest in the region, setting the stage for future growth.
