After a highly competitive presentation to a team of industry-leading judges, the five-member graduate student team from USC took home the silver shovel as the winner of the 27th Annual NAIOP SoCal UCLA vs. USC Real Estate Challenge. Held November 21 at USC, the competition featured five-member graduate student teams from the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate at UCLA’s UCLA Anderson School of Management of Business and the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate at USC’s USC Marshall School of Business of Business and USC Sol Price School of Public Policy in a battle to determine the highest and best use for a unique parcel of land in Southern California.
