2024 Night at the Fights - Request for Silent Auction Contributions This year’s NAIOP SoCal Night at the Fights will bring back its Exclusive Silent Auction.?Net proceeds from this year's auction items will benefit Building Block Foundation Fund as well as NAIOP SoCal’s local and statewide legislative affairs initiatives. The auction will open one week before the event (October 3rd) and close at 10:00 pm during the event on Thursday, October 10, 2024. ? This is where we will need your help. We are looking for items to offer for bidding at the event, including higher-end items with a $1,000 minimum retail price point. Examples of a few items: Golf Foursome, Bottles of Wine or Jewelry Building Block Foundation Fund provides an opportunity for the real estate community to funnel goodwill into a performance-based giving program that is sustainable, predictable and accountable. Building Block raises funds to support at-risk youth in Orange County through partnerships with local charitable programs. NAIOP SoCal’s local and statewide legislative affairs initiatives?include efforts to shape the laws, policies and regulations affecting the commercial real estate industry in Southern California.
