On October 18, undergraduate students in the NAIOP Colorado | Project Destined Bridge program took a deeper dive into the development journey with an onsite tour of Evergreen Devco, Inc.’s 88th?& Rosemary industrial project. Led by team members from Evergreen Development and Murray & Stafford, participants gained firsthand experience of an industrial project in progress and explored the unique challenges and strategies behind its development. ?
