NAI FMA Realty is proud to celebrate the career of Shelley Kimball, who is retiring after 40 years of dedicated service to the commercial real estate industry. Shelley joined NAI FMA Realty in 2020 as a Property Manager after moving to Lincoln to be closer to family. She was later promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2023. Her career started in 1984 as an admin for a property management office in Corpus Christi, Texas and later held property management roles working for two large commercial real estate firms in the Denver, Colorado area. When asked about her career, Shelley shared her biggest takeaways were the vast knowledge she gained working as a property manager and the opportunity to meet many wonderful people who were clients, vendors, and colleagues. As she looks forward to retirement, Shelley is excited to spend more time with her family and travel. She stated she is thankful for her time at NAI FMA Realty. We can't thank Shelley enough for everything she has done to help our business grow and achieve success with her knowledge, skills and professionalism.
