The House of Representatives advanced a budget resolution that threatens deep cuts to programs that many educators and families with young children rely on, including Medicaid, SNAP, Pell Grants, and other critical safety net programs. This week, early childhood educators and advocates from across the country gathered in Washington D.C. at NAEYC's Public Policy Forum, to make their voices heard and shape the future of early learning. They met with legislators, shared their expertise, and championed policies that support young children, families, and the profession. This is what advocacy in action looks like!
