    This past week was a “building” week. Building new and bolstering existing relationship. Local Regional International 3 team calls 2 new deals won 4 client meetings 3 prospect meetings 7 relationship meetings 1 video content session 2 peer group facilitation meetings 3 cities 2 countries And a lot of belief in what we’re building for the future and who we’re building with! Excited and encouraged! Let’s go! ??

    Even when the first of the month falls on a weekend, I am up early ready to get my billing out. Yes, I have a bookkeeper. But I like to analyze the data from the previous month and ensure my billing is timely and the financial side of my business is buttoned up. For 2025, our business has some very specific KPI's. Tracking progress is critical. My focus is always to client satisfaction, on-time delivery of services, open communication, and growth of revenue for my clients. The first of the month is always a gut check day for me. Happy First of the month! Here's to February! (20 business days).
