A few months ago, our team was honored to be featured by?NBC 6 South Florida, highlighting the impact of our NABU?HP?Creative Labs at the African Heritage Cultural Center in Miami. We celebrated the transformative work in the Haitian community, enabled by HP’s support, which empowers our Creative Fellows to publish bilingual children’s books for their communities. ??? We’re especially proud of Shavest Brotherston, one of our Creative Fellows, who has now joined the NABU team as our Community Manager/Production Assistant! During her Fellowship, Shavest authored Junior Versus the Fly, which we celebrated in a Read Aloud Session. ????
