NAAIA Dallas Fort Worth Chapter is proud to announce our 2025 Scholarship with the NAAIA Foundation !!! We will be accepting applications until February 23rd, 2025 at NAAIADFW.org . Winners will be announced by February 28, 2025 and formally recognized at our Scholarship Luncheon on March 27th, 2025. The attendance of winners will be required to receive funds. The selected scholarship recipient will be awarded $2,500. Completed applications are due February 23, 2025. Applicants will be judged on the following: 1. GPA of 2.75 (on a scale of 4.0) 2. 500 Word Essay 3. 2 Letters of Recommendation 4. Community Involvement 5. Completed Application 6. Official Copy of Transcripts 7. Risk Management and Insurance, or related degree as outlined in this application 8. Applicant must be a permanent Texas resident. Applicant can attend a non-Texas college/university 9. Please note that NO door ticket sales will be available. *We do encourage you to carpool. ? Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive by 10:30 AM, as our program kicks off promptly at 11:00 AM. Early bird check-in will be open at 10:15 AM to accommodate our expected turnout of over 250 attendees. You will check-in using your First and Last Name ONLY. ? Parking: The Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel offers handicap accessible parking, along with general parking availability. This includes the parking garage. Throughout the event and following the event, the lever for access to the parking garage will remain lifted. ? Entrances: Access to the event venue is available through three entrances: the parking garage, the main/front entrance, and the side staircase. Once you enter, clear signage will guide you to our event room; The Malachite Showroom. ? Assistance: A NAAIA DFW Member will be stationed at each entrance until 11:00 AM to escort you to the Malachite Showroom. AFTER 11 AM, a Renaissance Hotel Employee will be available to assist you. ? Attire: Business casual attire is appropriate for the event. ? Reception: Immediately following the event, guests are welcome to stay in the event room to meet with the speakers, students, award recipients and continued networking!
