The NAAIA Dallas Fort Worth Chapter and NAAIA Foundation Scholarship Luncheon is officially SOLDOUT!!! Over 300 people will be in attendance on March 27th!! Please join us in celebrating our Member Spotlight Stephanie Harris, MBA, MS !!! Stephanie Harris has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. She currently works as a Senior Territory Manager for Liberty Mutual. She manages an assigned territory focusing on driving profitable growth and achieving financial targets through strong agency partnerships. She also oversees agency storefronts, implementing strategic plans to enhance territory performance while balancing outreach and engagement with agents and brokers to secure both small commercial business and larger targeted accounts in addition to managing the renewal process, optimizing the agency portfolio, and collaborating with internal teams to leverage tools and resources for business development. Stehanie joined NAAIA to connect with individuals who share her background in an industry she is passionate about. Her goal is to learn from seasoned professionals while also supporting newcomers interested in pursuing careers in insurance. She strives to create opportunities for African American students eager to explore this field and to educate those in her community who are unfamiliar with it. NAAIA provides a space where she can be her authentic self and allows her to build not only her own career but also foster a sense of community for others in the insurance profession who may be at various stages in their journey. She is proud to share that she was recently promoted to Senior Territory Manager and was elected to our NAAIA Dallas Fort Worth Chapter Board for 2025 to 2027. Stephanie has a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Columbia Southern University based in Orange Beach, Alabama & a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. Stephanie joined the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) around 3-4 years ago to connect with more industry professionals and build community within her territory.
