    This Women’s History Month we are proud to highlight Dr. Airies Davis, Ed.D, MBA., a trailblazing practitioner-scholar with a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in education and business. Her work is deeply rooted in workplace transformation centered in the principles of diversity, equity/equality, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). As a serial entrepreneur and SHE-eo, she is the Founder and Chief Strategist of three ventures: etiKID Academy LLC, a woman- and minority-owned (W/MBE) certified diversity supplier providing etiquette education to underserved populations; WorkforcEQi LLC, specializing in workplace emotional intelligence; and ListenUp SHEro’s, a platform offering motivational masterclasses and coaching. Dr. Davis has collaborated with government agencies and led large-scale strategic teams, demonstrating her commitment to driving positive transformation. In academia, Dr. Davis serves as an Adjunct Faculty member for a PhD program in Social Justice and Entrepreneurship at Dominican University (DU), a Hispanic-Serving Institution. She has also held roles as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Brennan School of Business, Executive in Residence, and the inaugural Chicago Campus Director of Workforce Development. Her work focuses on designing professional education programs for underserved Black and Brown student populations, promoting workforce development, and fostering psychological safety and inclusivity. A highly accomplished thought leader, Dr. Davis has been recognized with numerous accolades, including the 2024 and 2021 Egretha Award from the African American Women's Business and Careers (AWBC) Media for Education Leadership and the Chicago Defender Woman of Excellence Award. She is also a published author and media contributor, featured on NBC5’s ‘Making a Difference’, TikTok’s Sunday Scaries with Dr. Airies, Clubhouse, The Dr. Airies Report (AWBC monthly columnist), and WGN AM720/WCPT AM820 radio. Additionally, she is a contributing author of Mission Matters: World’s Leading Entrepreneurs Reveal Their Top Tips to Success (Women in Business, Vol.1) with her chapter, Emotionally Intelligent Wonder Women: Behold Our SHEro Leadership Powers at Work (link).     This Women’s History Month, we are proud to highlight Fellicia Foster, Head of Human Resources at BMO and no stranger to NAAAHR Chicago having served as President of our local chapter from 2015-2019 and currently residing on our Executive Advisory Council. With over 15 years at one of the top 10 North American financial services organizations, Fellicia has established herself as a high-impact leader and sophisticated human capital strategist who has consistently delivered results on critical business transformation. As the Head of Human Resources for U.S. Personal & Business Banking, Fellicia is accountable for harnessing the full power of one of BMO’s most valuable assets – it’s people, by influencing and advising leaders as a business partner, fueling organizational effectiveness and a high-performance inclusive culture. Leading the HR function for U.S. Personal & Business Banking covers approximately 10,000 employees across 1,000 branch locations within BMO’s U.S. footprint. Prior to this role, Fellicia was the Head of Strategic Initiatives & Business Management for People, Culture and Brand, where she was accountable for the alignment, strategic planning, governance, and business management of BMO’s most pivotal corporate divisions including Human Resources, Communications & Social Impact, Corporate Real Estate, Marketing and Office of Quebec. Her role has been crucial in navigating the complexities of merging divisions during BMO’s largest bank acquisition, which expanded BMO’s market presence in 32 new markets and integrated over 9,000 new employees from Bank of the West, growing to 55,000 employees across its global footprint. Fellicia's professional expertise and contributions have been recognized with numerous accolades, including “40 Under 40” by various organizations, reflecting her profound influence in the realms of business, community, and diversity.   • This Women's History Month, we are proud to highlight Jasmine Guy (she,her,hers), an inspiring leader, change agent, and trailblazer in the HR profession. With over two decades of experience spanning higher education, professional services, and local government, Jasmine has solidified herself as a powerful advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Jasmine's journey into HR was driven by a deep passion for creating inclusive spaces where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive. She served as the Immediate Past President of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) Chicago Chapter, and her leadership continues to leave a lasting impact on the organization and its mission. Currently, Jasmine serves as the Senior Equity Officer for the Chicago Fire Department and is the Principal of Guydelines Consulting Group, LLC. Her vast experience in talent management, community engagement, and organizational transformation has allowed her to design and lead impactful HR, change management, and DEIB initiatives, ensuring all employees feel valued and supported in their work environments. Jasmine's extensive background includes previous roles such as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at CCS Fundraising, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Major, Lindsey & Africa, and Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Foley & Lardner LLP. Additionally, she serves as an educator and mentor, teaching HR management at National Louis University and guiding the next generation of leaders through various boards and councils. Her dedication to her profession and community has earned Jasmine numerous accolades, including recognition as one of Illinois' Top 50 Women Leaders and Business Elite’s 40 Under 40 Global Leaders. She has also received awards such as the Chicago United’s Business Leaders of Color Award and the Chicago Defender’s Women of Excellence Award.
