N17 and Allrise Capital have submitted plans for a 40-story, 320-home development at 180 Hawthorne. Thank you to BDE Architecture, DCI Engineers and the entire team for working with us to create this beautiful design.

After only 13 months in business, it was really nice to see our name among the top 20 Bay Area developers in this week’s Business Times. Thank you to our partners; we would not have gotten this far without you. In our first year, we submitted the tallest builder’s remedy project in the state, we were the first developer in California to utilize AB1287 (the “double density bonus”) and were one of three developers to have development rights vested in the North Waterfront/Jackson Square Area before the area was downzoned. We have big plans to continue to develop landmark projects and to be at the forefront of using new legislation to deliver housing. We are just getting started.
