The OneX Project in Seattle's University District just secured its Master Use Permit! Standing at approximately 265 feet, the two towers offer around 500,000 square feet above grade, with roughly 600 units, including apartments and student housing. The central plaza serves as the heart of the development, inviting residents and visitors to gather and connect. Transparent lobbies and porous retail storefronts enhance the streetscape, creating an inviting atmosphere. Inspired by the U District's energy, the design aims to blend seamlessly with the neighborhood while elevating the district's skyline. City of Bellevue, Washington: The City Council Monday unanimously adopted amendments to the city’s land use code that provide a longer approval period for design review projects and offer opportunities for additional approval extensions.
