In the early days of the pandemic, when people were just starting to take precautions, I ran across this scene where a gentleman knew that gloves could provide some protection, but clearly had no idea how to best use them. ?? I have had the great fortune to observe the folks at Eagle Protect PBC share not only the ‘What’ and the ‘Why’ - but also the ‘How’ with their quality gloves. ?? A true ‘Food Safety Culture’ must be built around three key components: 1) Prioritizing Food Safety, 2) Investing in Food Safety, and 3) Effective Training on Procedures, Strategies, and even on How to Use Proper Resources. ?? Even the best of intentions (and resources) can be undermined by someone not using them correctly. (In this case, he probably put himself in greater risk as a result!) ??
