?? Today is International Women's Day 2025 ?? Across Myton Food Group, we're proud to have so many talented women driving our business forward, from production and quality to leadership roles. Today, on International Women's Day, we want to shine a light on one of them: Madalina! Madalina's journey with us started in 2015, and through dedication, learning, and the right support, she's built an incredible career in food manufacturing. "I began as a Production Operative and soon after trained as a Quality Controller. Completing a Level 2 Food & Drink Apprenticeship gave me the confidence and knowledge to move into a Quality Analyst role in 2023. Since then, I've gained experience in system and people management, with great support from my colleagues. I moved into my current role as Specifications Technologist in 2024 which I have thoroughly enjoyed and look forward to learning and developing more. My long term goal is to become a Technical Systems Manager. I enjoy working with the people I work with, increasing my knowledge and playing a part in improving quality for customers. I would recommend Myton Food Group as an employer and wish to continue my career journey with them". We're proud to have Madalina as part of our team and to see her success.
