After having the opportunity to attend the recent 57th EPIC - Egg and Poultry Industry Conference, focused on ‘Future proofing businesses to thrive’ I’m feeling inspired to look back on the past year and all that I’ve learned. Joining the egg sector has been both eye-opening and rewarding and events like this remind me of the dynamic innovation, hard work and commitment to quality that defines this area of agriculture. From understanding the complexities of sustainable production to meeting so many passionate producers and industry experts dedicated to welfare, food safety and advancing technology in agriculture, I’m grateful to be part of the world of eggs! Thank you to everyone who has shared their expertise, guidance and support along the way.
