This was an eye opening webinar. If you struggle with Eye Issues, love success stories about talented and driven people who come to America and make a giant contribution to the world and the lives of others, or love to hear from a person whose autobiography became a release in mainstream cinemas across the USA, then check out the MyThursday webinar with Dr Ming Wang (MD from Harvard Medical School, PhD in Laser Physics from MIT and founder of Wang Eye Institute)...
We had a fantastic interview with famous Eye Surgeon and Innovator, Dr Ming Wang. You may have seen his movie SIGHT in a mainstream cinema, or read his autobiography. Click here for the link to the interview featuring Marc Naddell and Dr Ming Wang: https://lnkd.in/e56P_Ehp Dr Wang is an Eye Surgery Innovator, who has restored sight to blind patients and provides surgical solutions for some of the most difficult impediments to seeing well for patients of all types and conditions shared his journey and the many ways he is improving the world with his talent, effort and vision. A Harvard Medical Degree and an MIT PhD in Laser Physics combined in an unusual pairing of knowledge that enabled his vision to bear fruit in the form of patented methods of restoring sight, addressing severe cases of glaucoma and even solving vision problems that come from aging eyes. The movie SIGHT, that appeared in mainstream cinemas in 2024 was based on his autobiography, which details his many challenges in qualifying for university education despite the culture revolution in china, his immigration to the US with only $50 in his pocket, and how he washed dishes to pay for himself while studying and became a Medical Doctor and also earned his Doctorate from MIT in Laser Physics. It covered his many challenges in the medical field, pursuing the most challenging eye diseases and persisting with his vision to leverage amniotic membranes and superior surgical technologies and techniques to actually restore blindness and other ailments where other approaches failed or do not perform as well. Along with his movie, his book, his many eye surgery innovations and cures, he also has an initiative called "Common Ground", seeking to bring Americans together in pursuit of America's "Best Self" and has a book sharing the 77 Pearls of Wisdom that can be read in minutes and improve the rest of your life with increased joy, productivity and wisdom. Enjoy the video, and follow MyT.coach here for more great insights from experienced leaders and celebrities...

Getting others to meet you half way or to accept your idea or proposal is a challenge for most people, though most of us are persuading others many times each day. When it counts at the workplace, you should have some structure to persuading co-workers, managers, customers and suppliers to agree with your suggestions and proposals. Join us tonight at 6pm Pacific Time for a discussion between Host Marc Naddell and Guest Joe Rios on considerations and methods for Persuading for Impact. AI tools are popping up everywhere, and in lots of traditional apps we've gotten used to in their "Pre-AI" states. This Thursday we will feature a power user who has boosted productivity beyond the "enhanced search" of ChatGPT that most people have gotten comfortable using. How to get ChatGPT to perform analysis with your data, to code, and to do more advanced tasks. Our featured guest is a Professor at Cal State (L.A.), and also has a leadership role in the government where resources are tight but the tasks are challenging. Let's learn from Paul Chang, an innovation advocate, with MyThursday Host Marc Naddell this Thursday (8/22) at 6p Pacific Time.
