The Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa was happy to participate in the 18th Annual Cabin Fever Charity Chowder Cook Off! The Chowder Cook Off raised over $20,000 for Always Home, a local organization working to prevent family homelessness in our community in Eastern Connecticut. The Mystic Marriott's restaurant, the Helmsman Kitchen & Bar, was awarded the Judges' Award for the Tastiest Chowder and was named second place for the People's Choice Award! It was a pleasure to contribute to this wonderful cause benefitting our neighbors in the community and showcase our talented Culinary team.

Things are merry and bright at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa! We partnered with the Town of Groton Police Department to organize our annual Polar Express toy drive. The participation from both our associates and community members has been remarkable, and we are excited to spread joy to the children in our community this?holiday season. Thank you to everyone who supported our toy drive! The Giving Tree in the lobby benefitting the Child & Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut will be available for donations through the holiday season. Our departments showcased their creativity through a gingerbread house decorating contest, and we were delighted by the impressive and delectable designs presented.?From our family to yours, we extend our warmest wishes for a wonderful holiday season.
