This week, we had the privilege of visiting Dr. Ross Hamic, Lori Spoor and their team. The visit was a true testament to the impact we can make when values align, and we work together toward a shared mission—providing exceptional care to patients. In less than 3 months, we’ve seamlessly integrated Chronic Care Management (CCM) services using ChronicCareIQ, and ramping up patient enrollment. Their appreciation for the care our MySeema team provides—and their dedication to their patients—has been truly inspiring. What makes this partnership so special is how closely their core values align with ours. Together, we’ve built a program rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared mission to deliver exceptional patient care. With the help of an amazing team, partners, early members, and silent supporters, we did it. Even though at times we did not know how we would get here, our commitment towards the health and happiness of others never wavered. When Poonam Patel and I launched MySeema in August 2021, we could barely get 20 friends and family to sign up their loved ones for our service. Today, we're managing over 100x that patient load, continuously improving, and saving lives along the way. Words can't capture what this means to me and the future of healthcare. It all started with a simple desire to care for our moms, Seema and Chanda. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey and to the universe for allowing us to serve its creation with genuine love. I am forever grateful, forever thankful.
