(PNAA) Announces Partnership with Vot-ER to Advance Civic Health Initiatives The Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA) is proud to announce a new partnership with Vot-ER, a nonpartisan organization dedicated to integrating civic engagement into healthcare settings. This collaboration aims to empower nurses to address voting as a social determinant of health and increase civic participation among patients, healthcare professionals, and the communities they serve. As part of this partnership, PNAA and Vot-ER will co-host a Civic Health and Advocacy Webinar, focused on educating nurses about the importance of voting and civic engagement in improving health outcomes. This initiative will encourage nurses to advocate for policies that positively impact patient care and health equity. “We are excited to partner with Vot-ER to enhance our members’ involvement in civic health,” said Dr. Marlon Garzo Saria. “Nurses are trusted leaders in our communities, and through this collaboration, we will ensure that the voices of our patients and colleagues are heard at the ballot box.” The partnership also aims to increase PNAA members' participation in advocacy-focused organizations and equip them with the tools necessary to promote civic health within their professional and personal lives.
