Your commitment to excellence, advocacy, and education enhances not only the nursing profession but also the quality of care and patient outcomes across the country. Current initiatives at a glance include the Resilience Program to build a resilient workforce, Innovation & Research, which offers grant money to members in support of research study and quality improvement; Scholarship Awards to encourage members to advance their nursing education; and Empowerment programs such as the iLDP, Camp Aruga Leadership Bootcamp, Patnubay sa Pagtatagumpay (P3) Formal Mentoring Program, and Leadership Institute.
