We are excited to announce our second acquisition in Akron, OH! This new facility adds 40,000 sq. ft., bringing the total Akron market to over 76,000 combined sq. ft. It’s another significant step forward for our value-add fund. We are proud to announce another great acquisition in Tallahassee, FL! With over 63,000 rentable square feet and 426 units, including parking, climate-controlled, drive-up, and warehouse spaces, this new facility is a valuable addition to our portfolio. This is our second successful deal with Ashley Compton and the team at Colliers, and we extend our sincere thanks to our partners at Nuveen, a TIAA company.
