We are athletic trainers, trained in healing and preventing muscular injuries, flexibility issues, posture imbalances. We maximize your health while minimizing time away from the activities you love and enjoy! We believe the principles of good health lie in a few components: nutrition, movement and exercise. Those can be further broken down, but Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy is the answer to the movement component. If one does not move well, then their quality of life can decrease, muscular imbalances can increase, increased risk on injury and a decrease in performance. We are trained experts in human movement.
