Measuring success and driving towards a Culture of Excellence is possible through Command Climate Assessments. ?? In this video, Submarine Forces Commander VADM Rob Gaucher dives into Command Climate Assessments and how the submarine force is working to drive connected teams through Culture of Excellence 2.0. The US Navy Culture of Excellence 2.0 gives command leaders tools to strengthen and assess their commands' culture, defining the Navy's standard for culture and framework for building it. To achieve an ideal Culture of Excellence, every Sailor should keep questioning the status quo by applying Get Real Get Better principles and alerting issues to the Chain of Command to stay in front of problems and fix them while they are still minor. To read more about Command Climate Assessments and their impact, use the COE 2.0 Playbook, page 24. To learn more about COE 2.0 and download all resources, visit: https://lnkd.in/g-jxJ-qz
