A group of PACT Sailors selected for the Robotics Warfare (RW) Specialist rating recently attended an elite training program at Carnegie Mellon University's Robotics Academy. Over six weeks, they honed critical robotics skills, culminating in a graduation and a hands-on competition where they demonstrated their ability to assemble, operate, maintain, and mission-plan with robotic platforms. Now, one year into its implementation, Robotics Warfare Specialists are at the forefront of AI-driven autonomy and cutting-edge technology, ensuring the U.S. Navy maintains its competitive edge in modern warfare.
