- Moving along at Mechanics - Simonson is making some serious progress at the Ashland Mechanics Bank job site. Sitework and utilities are well underway and building foundations are almost complete. Next up: building the elevator shaft, setting steel, underground utilities, and concrete slabs. Then we'll be ready for framing. Stay tuned for future updates!
