I am immensely proud to have been part of the organizing team for EUROUT 2024, Europe's leading LGBTQ+ business conference hosted by London Business School's Out in Business Club. Together, we raised a record amount of funds from 34 partners to promote LGBTQIA+ diversity and inclusion and to fund the EUROUT scholarship, empowering community members to access higher education. ?? New research commissioned by Stonewall reveals that one in four LGBTQ+ individuals do not feel welcome at live sports events. ?? The study, conducted by market research and insight agency Opinium between January 24 and March 11 of this year, surveyed 2,000 LGBTQ+ individuals and found that many still feel unwelcome or unsafe when participating in or spectating at sporting events. ?
