Our mission is to make the workplace more inclusive for all by providing individual users and partner organizations access to a wide eco-system of services, including job opportunities, training, mentoring, employer branding, and free community events. Hoy hemos tenido el privilegio de participar en un desayuno de buenas prácticas organizado por myGwork y ManpowerGroup un espacio de reflexión, aprendizaje y acción para seguir avanzando hacia un retail más inclusivo. Durante el encuentro, abordamos temas clave como: ?? Cómo impulsar políticas de diversidad en los equipos del sector retail. La diversidad no es solo un valor social, sino también un factor estratégico que impulsa la innovación y la competitividad. ?? El impacto del Real Decreto 1026/2024 (Plan LGTBI) en el ámbito empresarial. Esta normativa establece obligaciones claras para garantizar la igualdad real y efectiva de las personas LGTBI en las empresas. Su incumplimiento puede acarrear sanciones económicas. ?? Casos reales, aprendizajes y recomendaciones de personas expertas, que nos inspiran a construir entornos más abiertos y competitivos. Agradecemos especialmente a Vicen? Alvaro, Yaiza Marrero Cabrera, Miguel Garzón y a todo el equipo de profesionales que han compartido su tiempo y conocimiento en esta jornada tan enriquecedora. Desde la Asociación Espa?ola del Retail (AER) reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con la diversidad, la inclusión y la libertad.
