Attention please! ?? That's my first LinkedIn post. Hi to my 5 followers! I’ve been “planning to post on LinkedIn” since roughly 2020 (joke - I've been planning to do it since 2023). I kept kicking this ball down the road, hoping it’d magically post itself. It did not. Turns out, LinkedIn isn’t haunted by helpful ghosts that help to do that. Okay, so why am I here right now? Just wanted to publicly declare my KPIs and be accountable not only to myself but also to my 5 followers as well. Why? Two reasons: 1. I’m a professional procrastinator (shoutout to my brain for saying, “Domantas, you can do it later”. 2. Accountability works... If I say it here, I'll actually do the thing. So, what are my KPIs (only sharing the main ones because I like to keep some secrets to myself)? - On-time delivery rate (because I'm a project manager). Because "It's almost done" isn't a project plan. Also "Soon" is a lie. - Team Happiness Index. If the squad isn't vibing, I've failed. No burnouts are allowed. - Find new clients (at least 2) because manifesting is not working. - LinkedIn posts (2/month). Good job, I already failed January. - Complete books (1 book/month). The first month didn’t go as planned - Atomic Habits?is collecting dust, and?Don’t Believe Everything You Think?has been sitting in my backpack untouched for a month already. - 25 strict pull-ups. You have to stay fit to stay sharp, right? If you won't see me again in two weeks - ping me. So I won't feel alone, what's the one thing you're pretending "to do later"? I understand that the probability of getting any comments from those 5 followers is very low, but if it happens... Oh boy. Then, I'll really start posting every two weeks as planned.
