MYCO Mechanical employs a hands-on philosophy both on the job and in the office. By staffing every project with highly skilled managers, technicians and administrative professionals, both our firm and our clients can be assured each project will be given the utmost attention. This philosophy, along with our expert staff, ensures a high quality of work, which attributes to the success of each project. We currently have over 100 employees consisting of Executive managers, Project Managers, Superintendents, Plumbing, Pipefitting and Sheetmetal Journeypersons, Apprentices, and Administrative Personnel. As a growing Mechanical Contractor, we are constantly searching for every possibility to stream line our production, while maintaining our high quality of work. We truly believe the success of our projects requires accurate coordination. SAFETY The safety of our employees is paramount. All of our field personnel are required to be OSHA30 certified and Myco Mechanical has received the STEP (Safety Training and Evaluation Process) award for all of our efforts. We continue to focus on safety daily and believe our unwavering approach will continue to provide a safe work environment for all of our employees.

In honor of Women's History Month and last week's Women in Construction Week, we'd like to take the opportunity to thank the women in the office and in the field who help to make MYCO and the construction industry great! Each year March is set as a designated time to recognize women's contributions to history and WIC week aims to elevate and empower women within our industry. Women now make up 14% of the construction industry, up from 10.9% just five years ago, and companies are starting to recognize the value of diverse leadership. It's always exciting to meet the bright young minds Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. We're thrilled to participate in their career fairs every year.
Last Wednesday #TSCT held our Manufacturing-Focused Career Fair! With more than 140 different industry partners and 17 of our academic programs’ first and second-year students present, the energy in our MAC building was off the charts. Questions and conversations were flowing, resumes and business cards were being handed out, and interviews are being set up at this very moment! We couldn’t be prouder of our Bulldogs for taking advantage of the amazing opportunities our career services team has worked hard to put together. And of course, thank you to our many employers who come prepared for the day and ready to engage with our students!
