Last week, the Patients Before Middlemen (PBM) Act was introduced to Congress. If passed, it would: ?Ensure pharmacies receive fair and equitable treatment by requiring Part D plans to contract with any willing pharmacy ?Prevent PBMs from limiting patient access to available pharmacy options under Part D ?Prohibit PBM compensation based on drug price as a condition of entering into a Part D plan contract ?Require PBMs to pay excess designated services fees to the US Department of Health Read about the bill: https://lnkd.in/egMKRqJN
