Cotton Producers: Loan Deficiency Payments Now Available Cotton growers may be eligible for Loan Deficiency Payments (LDPs) through the USDA Farm Service Agency. LDPs provide payments to producers who forgo a Marketing Assistance Loan when the adjusted world price falls below the loan rate of $0.52 per pound for 2024 upland cotton. ?? Deadline to apply: May 31, 2025 ?? Producers must have form CCC-633EZ on file before losing beneficial interest in their crop.
