We are a full service in-home primary care practice of seasoned nurse practitioners, and can also set up the following services to come to you as required: *Lab draws, routine and as needed *INR management for Coumadin *X-rays, ultrasounds, EKGs, ECHOs, sleep studies and oxygen testing *Home Health Therapy (physical, occupational, speech) *Getting much needed medical equipment (walkers, wheel chairs, hospital beds, oxygen, etc.) *Home Health Nursing (frequent health monitoring needs) Our goal is to keep you healthy and happy in your home through preventative health visits and sick visits, and whatever is required to meet your healthcare needs. September is World Alzheimer's Month. We want to raise awareness and support for those affected by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Here are some ways to get involved: - Wear purple, the official color of Alzheimer's awareness, as a symbol of support. - Participate in a local Walk to End Alzheimer's event.
