The best health decision I ever made? Joining My Amazon Guy I started at MAG in 2023 I was coming out of working 80-100 hour weeks I was the heaviest I had ever been - 186.4lbs at 5’7” I hadn’t been to the gym in months I couldn’t run a mile without stopping It wasn't always like this. I used to be the guy going to the gym 2 times a day, working out just for fun, eating really well, the works. Life hit me hard late in 2023 and it was time for a change I started working at MAG and decided alongside that to restart my health journey It was SLOW starting Steven Pope reached out to me one day and told me to peer pressure Steven Bruning into getting a blood draw So I did, and I also got one at the same time! BAD news…. ??High cholesterol and off by a lot(183.3 at this time) I knew I needed to step up the pace Over the course of 2024 MAG got really into health and fitness It became a constant itching reminder to me Along with Francisco Valadez asking “did you workout today” when I was still working late I hadn’t fully committed… I was still ??Drinking a few times a week ??Using Tabbaco regularly ???Lifting 3 times a week I could simply do better, and so I did I started eating better, going out less, working out more, but some habits would leave me I kept using nic pouches whenever I was stressed and couldn’t kick it Then Steven Pope invited me on a trip into the jungle of Colombia I was pumped, hiking 10+ miles a day to prepare, getting my kit ready, and just excited The trip came, and well…. I got SICK night one, spent the next 3 days riding a mule(we became best friends), not eating any food, or drinking water The blessing in disguise? My nic craving completely vanished Alongside that, a lot of anxiety and stress gone In 2024, I lost 33.4lbs. Since then I got down to 151.2, shot back up for a while, but am now consistently hovering around 150-155 People talk all the time about the career impacts or the life impacts work has on them Not many talk about the health impacts MAG has been the best health decision I ever made and am glad to continue seeing every person it impacts Here’s to even more health and more goals!

I offered everyone in my company $1 per pushup $1,937 worth of pushups yesterday are being paid out! Part of the game was only one person can claim each number I told employees if they could only do 10 push-ups better get that video posted immediately to get that $10. Because only one person is getting $10 for ten push-ups, or $11 for 11 and so forth.
