28 Days provides research, understanding, and access in the field of women’s menstrual and ovarian health, with a focus on primary ovarian insufficiency (POI), so that women and healthcare providers can gain knowledge, find answers, and be empowered to make decisions based on evidence and science. 28 Days’ purpose is to offer hope and science, empathy and evidence, and resources and respect in its efforts to foster a dedicated, comprehensive community of care. Given menstrual health affects not only fertility but overall vitality, 28 Days exists as a forum for healthcare providers, scientists, patients, and women everywhere to share the latest evidence, resources, and solutions on reproductive endocrinology and women’s health to ensure women with POI can confidently seek the care they deserve and ultimately lead a fulfilling life. 28 Days is an initiative of the Mary Elizabeth Conover Foundation.
