HNY from MWI!
The ombuds team at MWI is grateful to be recognized as an outsourced ombuds resource in the Ombuds Blog's "2023 Year in Review: The Big Story."?(https://lnkd.in/e4HHd9TT) Tom's analysis of what led to MWI's growth in 2023 is spot on - uphold the International Ombuds Association's Standards of Practice, offer each client a diverse, skilled, and experienced ombuds team, and build trust with visitors and leadership each day throughout the year. We're also proud to say that we continue to provide ADR services to income-eligible clients through our not-for-profit public service initiatives, as we've done since 1994. We're excited for 2024 and wish our clients and colleagues a Happy New Year!
