We are excited to announce that MWI Property Group has been nominated as a finalist for NAIOP Chicago’s 2024 Industrial Speculative Development of the Year – Large Scale! ? Address: 1303 Jack Ct, Bartlett, IL MWI navigated through challenging economic conditions to successfully to develop one of the last large remaining sites located in the Brewster Creek Business Park. This 400,122 SF spec building was sold to RIM Logistics which now serves as their new global HQ. ? We would like to thank our entire project team for their help developing this state-of-the-art facility including: Civil Engineering: V3 Companies Architects: Partners In Design Architects Special thanks to Daniel Smolensky, SIOR, MCR and his team for bringing a high-quality end user to the MWI development and the Brewster Creek Business Park, and thank you to our listing agents at Lee & Associates Michael Androwich, JOHN CASSIDY, Chris Nelson for making this project a success. MWI Property Group and ARCO Design/Build are making great progress at Westlake Commerce Center in Jacksonville, FL. The 337,104 SF speculative warehouse is cruising along with slabs almost complete. We are thrilled to announce that our Chicago & Corporate location is MOVING! Our new facility is going to be bigger and better at 400,112 square feet and will have many other added bonuses, such as the following features: ? A built-to-suit warehouse and office environment. ? A secured yard with 200 trailer spaces. ? State-of-the-art technology in all aspects of the facility. ? Ceilings that are 36' high throughout. ? A total of 80 (40-40) cross-dock doors. ? A LEED-certified facility. The buildout of this new facility will be taking place throughout the remainder of 2024, with doors opening in January 2025. Both the new and old facilities will be running simultaneously while we transition, so there will be no disruption in service.
