In March, he officially joined MWB as our People Operations Manager, where he’s played a valuable role in establishing our People Department. Before MWB, Preston was the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Jack’s Family Restaurants, where he oversaw recruiting operations across 250 restaurants in 5 states. Preston has also held HR leadership and consulting roles across the nonprofit, healthcare, and technology industries.
