Yesterday, we had the honor of celebrating the ribbon cutting for The Purple Pantry at Tarleton State University Fort Worth, a campus food pantry we’re incredibly proud to sponsor through MWCares Foundation, the philanthropic arm of MW Logistics. At MW Logistics, being a "Community Champion" is one of our core values, and giving back to the communities we serve means everything to us. This pantry was designed with dignity in mind; featuring privacy glass and an entry system where students simply scan their university ID to access to basic needs freely, without restrictions or supervision. No student should have to worry about their next meal while pursuing an education.
