This week our Principal, Keegan McNamara and Oscar Uranga received unanimous City Council approval to move forward with an annexation of 17 acres from the County into the City of Escondido. The future development will be a village of for-sale homes. I'm super excited to see this project moving forward. Our MV Properties Principal, Keegan McNamara, attended the Building Industry Association of San Diego (BIA) Meet The Builders event at the Coaster Room / Belmont Park last week. As an active member of the association, Keegan said it was great to hear from some of the titans of San Diego's building industry.
