?? Project Progress Update: Watertown YMCA Addition ?? Work is progressing on the Watertown YMCA Addition, which will bring valuable new spaces to the community, including a new indoor track, kid’s corner, cycling studios, a large free weight center, and more. For this project, we’re using: 4mm FR Core MZ-2000 in Champagne Mica 6" V-Groove Metal Siding & Soffit Panels in Light Cherry A big thank you to Maas Brothers Construction Co for leading the way as the general contractor and Zimmerman Architectural Studios, Inc. for their vision in designing this space. ?? Say Cheese! It’s Our Project of the Month! ????? We’re brushing up on bold architectural design with Glacier Dental in Oshkosh, where precision and aesthetics come together as seamlessly as a perfect smile! In collaboration with Alliance Construction & Design—who served as both the General Contractor and Architect—we created a building that’s as sleek as a fresh set of veneers: MZ-2000 Composite System in Slate Grey – Installed in smaller staggered panels for added depth and dimension, much like the perfect finishing touch on a brilliant smile. MZ-2000 Standard System with Bold Black Accents – Framing the staggered panels with a striking contrast that makes the whole fa?ade shine. Track Lighting Inside the Composite System – This feature really brightens up the place (just like a whitening treatment), making the building glow at night with a stunning, modern look. Whether it’s daylight or after dark, this project is all smiles! Thanks to Alliance Construction and Design for their partnership in making this vision come to life. Exciting things are happening at The Promenade in Ashwaubenon! ?? This first-of-its-kind community is designed for active adults 55 and older, offering 83 beautifully crafted residences with top-tier amenities, including a ground-floor café and the new Brown County Library—providing comfort, convenience, and a true sense of community. With Stevens Construction at the helm and Engberg Anderson leading the design, this five-story development blends Lux V-groove wood grain panels, 24ga flatlock panels, ACM panels, and 24ga 12” OC flush panels for a modern yet timeless aesthetic. Construction began in November 2024, and progress is well underway. And if you ask our Journeyman Charlie, his goal on-site is simple but meaningful—to create a positive and uplifting atmosphere on-site every day! ?? We are proud to support the ACE Academy students at Fond du Lac High School during their annual ACE Shanty Build. The ACE Academy is an incredible program providing hands-on experience to students in Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (ACE). Team Muza proudly supported this project by providing materials and guided instruction on how to install architectural sheet metal siding on the shanty. A huge thank you C.D.
