Halloween week is upon us! There’s no better week for Mux’s Fall (or is Autumn? Let the debates begin in the comments) Launch Week. We’re starting the week off with our latest Mux Data metric that helps you track those ghostly video views ??. You know those views that are there one moment and then they’ve dropped — a view with a start time, but you have no idea how it ended. Maybe it’s because a viewer's computer went to sleep with their video running or an application crashed. With Mux Data’s new Dropped View metric and dimension, you can easily differentiate and filter those views from other QoE errors.
