It’s always a privilege to share Muus Collective’s visions and ambitions with industry professionals, and Sarah’s insight always delivers! ???? Here are some of her recommendations for building a successful mobile gaming studio from the ground up. ?? Vision: Have a clear vision for what the game is and what makes it stand out. Effective communication of your ambition will inspire others to join and support you. ?? Data: Big ideas are great, but data is even better. Having the numbers to back up your vision will go a long way with investors and employees. ?? Delivery: Have a plan to make it happen! Vision and data provide your foundation, but execution is key. A concrete plan for development and launch will guide your studio and your game to success. Another core KPI for Muus Collective that might surprise people but is nevertheless integral to a successful studio? Employee happiness. When morale is high, people are motivated and excited about the work they do, producing a better product. It’s one of our top priorities to make sure everyone at Muus Collective feels healthy, happy, and supported. ????     The Muus Collective team took on Game Developers Conference in San Francisco last week, and energy was high! ?? Gaming is back in a big way, with excitement in and around the event across vendors, developers and investors alike. People are anticipating a renaissance for indie developers and small studios,?and we are here for it! ?? AI was definitely a trending topic, but we’re seeing shifts in how people are using it. Think accelerating productivity, not replacing creativity. ???? The event truly showed how supportive the gaming community is. Everywhere you look, people are exchanging contacts, sharing ideas, and celebrating each other’s successes. ???? Community support is something we strive for at Muus Collective, and there’s no better time to do it than when we get the rare chance to meet in person! As a female-founded and led company in a male-dominated industry, we aim to empower women in the gaming space and pay homage to the women who paved the way before us! ??♀?
