We have loved partnering with the talented design team at RND to deliver this beautiful project in Durham!
We’re thrilled to share a sneak peek of the ongoing renovation of the Stanford L. Warren Branch Library in Durham! Originally built in 1939 and renovated in 2005, we’re now giving this historic space a complete refresh—revamping both the exterior envelope and interior to preserve its legacy while enhancing its future. For decades, this library has been more than just a place for books—it has served as a vibrant cultural hub and a safe space for Durham’s African-American community. We’re honored to be part of its next chapter, helping to ensure it remains a cornerstone for generations to come. Swipe to see progress shots of this exciting transformation! ???? #RNDArchitects #StanfordWarrenLibrary #DurhamNC #UnderConstruction #HistoricRenovation #CommunitySpace #Architecture #CulturalHeritage #LibraryRenovation #DurhamCounty #BuildingTheFuture

Muter Construction is proud to partner with our friends at ECU Health and the ROC Solid Foundation to create a fun space for Za'Cardi, a brave 1.5-year-old diagnosed with leukemia just this past August. We built a backyard playset to provide a safe space for play and hope during his courageous fight. ROC Solid Foundation stands with families facing pediatric cancer, offering hospital Ready Bags at diagnosis and playsets like Za'Cardi's as a symbol of resilience. Each project reminds them that they’re not alone in this journey. We're honored to come alongside this sweet family and witness their strength and resiliency! Project Highlight: Old Revenue Building Renovation! We're thrilled to share the successful completion of a 45,000 SF renovation project at the Old Revenue Building in downtown Raleigh! This renovation involved transforming existing spaces into 100+ modern, glass-fronted offices while installing new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems—all while the lower floors remained fully occupied! Key elements of the project included a full interior demolition, improved MEP systems, a detailed logistics plan ensuring tenant safety and building access during construction, and an exterior buck hoist and trash chute for efficient material and debris handling. A big thank you to our talented team and partners for making this project a success! O'Brien Atkins - Design Team Clear Sky Images - Photographer
