Located in the Northwest submarket of Austin, Summer Grove Apartments was built in 1984 and features garden-style residences including amenities such as a pool, fitness center, and pet park. Daniel Elam of Muskin | Elam Group represented the seller out of Chicago. This property was purchased by an Austin-based investment firm, Monterra Capital Partners (MCP), for an undisclosed price.?MCP intends on deploying a capital improvement plan on both the interiors and exterior.
