I always enjoy a visit with beginner’s mindset, especially when it comes with so much energy and optimism. This month brought plenty of opportunities to meet the future of our industry! From guest lecturing at Cleveland State University to judging student portfolios at Brokaw Inc. to offering up our free two cents at PRSA Student Day, we met with dozens of young professionals eager to step into marketing. Although diverse, we found some common themes in how they're approaching their career search: ?? Highly inquisitive, curious with insightful questions ?? Ready and willing to do it all, keeping their options open to whatever door opens first ?? Anxious about the future and how AI is changing the game they’ve just learned ?? Gracious in person and follow-ups ?? Living in the moment, placing great value on the NOW I can't wait to see what they do next. ??

You gotta brand your sh*t + brand it LOUD. ?? {Job opportunity at the end} Here I am, 22 years into running an award-winning catering company, and people are still just finding out about us. It's mind-blowing. When we closed our restaurant during COVID, folks thought Spice went out of business entirely. Like, what? No, we just closed one piece of the puzzle.
